Weather or not to play?

Soccer is played rain or shine, wind or storm watches.
 
   
If there is a Tornado Warning issued for our area, all games will be cancelled.
 
   
If lightning appears during the course of the game, the referee shall suspend the game. Everyone will leave the field area and proceed to their cars and wait 10 minutes. During this time a decision will be made whether to resume play, extend the time out or re-schedule the game. At the end of the 10 minutes, the coaches should go to the Info Depot for the officials' decision. If games are to be re-scheduled, the opposing coaches should check the posted schedules for field availability and write their game in the appropriate space.
